S.W. Doughty's, are based just 20 minutes from us in Doddington. They have their own farm where they breed and rear their animals, and then slaughter them in their own abatoir on site, you can't get any fresher than that! They consistently provide us with the highest quality meat.

The Wonky Parsnip, grow over 150 varieties of produce, with harvesting starting in June and running all the way through to December. They supply us with the tastiest, most vibrant produce. We change our menus every six weeks and we like to keep it seasonal, Wonky Parsnip always deliver the most beautiful produce, no matter what we put on the menu.

Chapmans, where we source all of our fish from. Chapmans source the majority of their fish locally and sustainably, from the Kent and Sussex coasts. They are registered as Purchasers of First Sale Fish, meaning they can buy directly from the fishing boats and collect their fish straight from the nets. Which is why they always supply us with the freshest produce!
Weald Smokery, have become well known as one of the best artisan food producers operating in the UK today, achieving the award of best Artisan Producer by Gourmet Britain. On our current menu the Weald Smokery supply us with the stunning Smoked Duck Breast, which we have paired with Fig, Toasted Hazelnuts and Wild Garlic Pesto.
